13bt not starting after new loom install. Video of it kicking on Ether.

13bt not starting after new loom install.
Restoring a series 4 13b turbo and just replaced the old and cut engine loom with a clean uncut loom. Now it won’t go.
There are a few odd loom plugs (mainly emissions) but essentially everything matches. I have fuel pressure and spark at coils but it won’t fire.
I add ether into the intake and it kicks as per video but won’t go. I know the engines have flooding issues but I have run fuel out of rotors and then started again but still no
luck.
possibly injector ecu reading issue maybe??? Any ideas?

welcome to the board. 
well, the first thing that comes to mind is did you confirm that you reconnected the ground for the injectors? if you're getting fuel pressure, but no fuel to the engine, then that's my first thought.
