ok, have a question after all.
the thin/center RE Cosmo iron plate has a pair of machined holes on each side at the base of the flanged oil fill/sump vent neck. They go through into the fill/vent cavity that goes down to the oil sump. These don’t exist on the REW center plate and will obviously need to be plugged.
I was just curious about what attaches to them on the Cosmo?

yeah, it’s on both sides of the int. plate, but they only included one tube insert. 
or I’m guessing what the supplied tube is for. Unfortunately the fill/vent neck in the 20B pic is covered by the cloth.
