13b boat

Been a while, i was going to v8 swap my fc 7 but im so much in love with the stock inside of the rx7. I found id have to be tearing that up doing the v8 swap and i found a cheaper route to get it running again.

Don't know why i never thought of this before but, i had a s4 engine with and s5 turbo setup. Two cracked irons and a stuck side seal.

I have everything for the turbo setup, so i figured why dont i just pick up a running 13b rotary n/a and put all my turbo stuff on it. i mean heck whats the worst that could happen and i can get a n/a rotary cheap.

So here is my question, The rotary im looking at right now is in a boat right now. the guy says its 13b right on the top and theres no holes on top of the spark plugs. Im not sure what motor you guys use in your boats wether its an fc s4 motor or if its an earlier 13b :/. Heres the story on the boat. Guy put the motor in did a water cooling setup blah blah ran it a few times in the water and it got stolen then recovered and the shaft to the outboard was stolen and the seats so it just sat. so i figure it runs.

Anyway how can i tell what 13b it is. because i dont want to get a 13b that my intake and exhaust manifold and all my other stuff wont bolt on to. he said it has a carb on it right now.
