13B Bad Apex Seals???

ok i have a 13b engine i thought was flooded but now that i have tried unflooding it about 3 times i'm suspecting bad apex seals, but maybe its the coils
---won't fire, always seems to flood, you can hear the exhaust "putt" so maybe "ok" compression? and it keeps sucking the battery dead

could anyone enlighten me on what else could i possibly do???

Well if you are getting spark you arm will get a shock.. another thing you can do is set the spark plug on the body and see if you are getting spark..

as for a comperssion test use a piston guage and see what the needle jumps to and get back to us on what you found..
