12a Teardown. Input REQ

The Images below are of my 12a that had apprx 180k Miles. I noticed some rust on one housing, and a broken side seal on the rotor to the right.

Any suggestions on rebuilding this engine?

My plans were:

1. Aggressive Streetport on intake.
2. Large Exhaust porting.
3. Oil pump upgrade.
4. Water jacket Modification.

Any suggestion?

Thanks

my advice:
1. clean and spec everything thoroughly.
2. don't cheap out on quality. it's better to delay assembly than risk premature failure.
3. consider having the rotor faces polished.
4. use an REW ROPR to go along with that increased volume (SE pump)
5. consider porting and polishing the oil pump passages
