NY 12a power

I have a 84 mazda rx7 gsl-se with a 12a. I am looking to get more power out off it. For now i have a 650 holley, msd igniton, headers, and exhaust. Dont know how many hp i have but i am trying to get aroung 250 hp. No one aroung me deals wit rotary motor that i know of. I want to get it ported but again dont know no one. Please help me reach m goal. Thank you

250 at the wheels is quite hard without a turbo or nitrous on a stock port 12a

I would keep the short block as is, and find a nice sized turbo
