triplestack

So i bought this 1985 GSL that had been sitting in a garage for 4 years with a bunch of crap piled on top of it. I finally get it home to find out the gas tank had a bunch of rust in it. cleaned it out and replace the filters and fuel pump. Finally take it for a test run and all it does is run good for a few minutes and just boggs down and stalls. So now i have checked all hoses and all vacum lines for leaks, no leaks, cleaned the carb with carb cleaner and flushed the entire fuel system. Still no luck.
The guages stop working when you turn the blinkers on. So now i am left to think that it is somthing electrical. please somebody help me to stop this madness!
