Sounds almost LIKE....ONe rotor or is definitely 1
on cold starts this happens to me often when i Premix To much . i eyeball the mixture somtimes
then in 10 sec, 20 sec. the plugs clean up and Brrap ! Brrap! Brap! .
Although you could also have a fuel delivery problem, which just occured with my friends Vert. injector wasnt firing proper.
the injector was good tested this by swapping front to rear and different inj. from my car . He wanted to drop fuel injection anyway, i think the car did too . Now it has a Holley carb.
maybe you just need plugs and wires

Thanks a lot guys.. i dont think it has to do with fuel system since its only start up ... i think if it was fuel it would be through out all driving.
it makes a lot of sense it being plugs and wires .. thanks
