Check out www.jt-imports.com for prices on those parts

On will the stiffeners fit with an aftermarket exhaust, I can ask, but to tell you the truth bro, the stock exhaust looks like its resting on the stiffeners....

I couldn't fit a JIC tie bar because it was smacking the downpipe. It looks like it would have fit the precat, and I wasn't going to take a hammer to my d/p. The chassis is pretty stiff already, but anything xtra would be nice.
