Yes its possible.. But you have to ask yourself this... Is it really worth it? Have you modded your N/A to the point that selling it and buying a TII is going to cost more than the turbo install? If so, then you'll need;
Turbo/Manifold
Wastegate if you your turbo doesnt have on internally
Oil/Coolant lines to and from the turbo
Manifold Spacer
Intercooler
Fuel system to support whatever boost you plan to run
Costom Exhaust
Costom Intake/Intercooler Piping
Blow off valve
Guages (boost, A/F Ratio, EGT)
A clutch that can handle the added power
The smarts to tune a high compression turbo vehicle
The control not to clutch dump at 6k and trash your tranny
A lot of time
To do all this, you'll need to be quite crafty. A lot of costom fabbed work will be required. If your N/A is nearly stock.. I recommend selling it and saving for a TII. I myself, am beyond that point.. And am gathering the parts to do this myself. I plan to start in the next few weeks, after my tax return comes. Good luck

I posted a similar thread a few days ago do a search on "n/a turbo" you should see it. The thread has basically a whole parts list. Hope it helps you.. I'm in the process up collecting all the parts to convert my 6p n/a to a single factory turbo.. I here that you would want the whole drivetrain for it to work at full power. I personally don't do a lot of hard driving and never plan on 1/4 mile or anything, so I'm not going to get the whole drivetrain.

Mine is turbo converted, all you need is the following TII parts:
Turbo and manifold (Factory turbo has a wastegate included)
BOV (I got mine from a friend that upgraded his BOV)
12a Turbo Blue injectors (720cc)
TII Timming cover turbo oil discharge line (Two piece) or you can keep n/a and drill hole and solder fitting to the oil pan.
Drill a hole in the oil filter mount and install a braided 3' line from there to the turbo (Auto meter oil line is the way to go $45 includes fittings)
Intercooler.
TII Intake manifold (Needs to be ported a little for the extra ports.
Remove the 6 port sleeves.
TII Throtle cable
I got kept the following N/A Parts:
Computer and harness
TPS (How? Easy unclamp it from the n/a TB and clamp it on the TII TPS base)
Flow meter
I basically eliminated the air temp sensor, Air Pump, pulsation damper and all those worthless parts.
Installe a pump kill switch just in case (Have not needed it yet)
Kept n/a primary injectors.
Running at 8 psi and ported ehaust just fine.
I also installed new parts inside the engine since it was time for a rebuild.
I got lucky doing this swap since my mechanic gave me intercooler, and other parts for free!!!
The swap including labor and anp internal engine parts came up close to $800.00
