I'm selling my GTUs!!
Yo,
Well, the Dyno Day has come and gone. I was the lowest man on the totem poll. This is unacceptable. It looks like I'm going to have to go forced induction.
Here are the specs:
1989 GTUs
60,000 miles.
CarFax clean, no accidents.
Body in mint condition, paint gets compliments daily
Interior is perfect, TII cloth seats with no rips on driver's bolster (everyone has these)
Tranny in perfect shape, no grinding 2nd gear synchros
Powdercoated factory 16's and an extra set of non-powdercoated.
Racing Beat downpipe/presilencer (I have factory cats for smog)
HKS 50mm Exhaust
Gredddy Airinx intake
Racing Beat wires
$6,000 o.b.o.
I will also consider a swap for a clean TII, has to be Series 5 and Blaze Red.

NNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! You can't do that!! Rarest, you have the NICEST n/a around!! You can't just throw that away!!! I have seen several supercharged GTUs running nothing more than 7 psi throw down some SERIOUS hp numbers. Please, keep the GTUs.

Sorry guys, ya know I had to pull your chains on April 1st.
No way I'm selling! I don't care if I'm not putting down huge numbers on the Dyno, I love my car! I almost got a WRX to spin out on Highway 9 trying to follow me into a set of corners, same with a Civic (which I passed on the double yellow) and chased down a 300Z which was WAY ahead. It's all about the handling baby!
