NA vs. TII suspension

I'm in Japan and they've got a few junked FC's with fully adjustable shocks...but they're all TII's.

I've got an n/a in the states so what I'm wondering is...

Is the suspension(struts/springs) the same for the n/a and the TII?

I've owned both, but I can't remember in my old age(26)...

No, the TII, GXL AAS, and JDM suspensions are all different.

The USDM TII suspension is non-adjustable and stiffer than the GXL or base suspensions. IIRC, the swaybars are thicker as well.

The USDM AAS (GXL suspension) is a two-position, three-level (Normal, Medium, Hard), electronically-adjustable, automatically adjusting setup. It varies strut stiffness based on inputs from the steering column, brakes, and pilot-control switch.

The JDM TII suspensions are different, but I can't remember the details. Feel like filling in the holes, jspecracer7? IIRC it's a 5-position manually adjusted setup, yes?

what I mean by different is are they interchangeable? Will TII suspension fit into the n/a slots? Is there any differences between years. I can't remember what my n/a suspension looked like, but I'm almost certain that they're the same...

huryly...If they won't fit an n/a, I'll get a price on them and see what I can do for you bro...

Oh, uh. Yeah. Any (well, there's a few exceptions) 2nd-gen suspension part will bolt right in to any other year.
