Too vague to tell.

"stage 2", with reference to the motor itself and not the externals, tends to refer to the size of the port job and the associated internal mods.

Example:
Stage 1: minor porting and gasket matching.
Stage 2: Large porting, and hardened staionary gears.
Stage 3: Jumbogarific porting, hardened stationary gears and a 2-piece eccentirc shaft.

Each engine builder has their own specifications; you should talk to them for exact specifics.

For externals, it could be anything.
Example:
Stage 1: intake and exhaust.
Stage 2: Standalone and t88 turbo
Stage 3: Conversion to methanol injection and 1000 hp Direct port.

To summarize: stage 2 means nothing to anyone but the builder. It just sounds cool.

Did the previous owner tell you that, or do you have a receipt to state this? If so, who is the receipt from?

You should e-mail the person you bought it from and ask what modifications were done to it to make it a Stage 2. What ebay buyer did you buy it from?

It is a Hayes Rebuild.

Its also for a first gen. IOt will take significant work to fit that engine into your car. The engine mounts do not line up.

The intake manifolds will be different as well. I would buy a used second gen engine if it were me.

Yes, via a pair of 680 cc injector as opposed to the stock 4 x 460 cc/min injectors.

I think it will be more trouble than its worth for you to try and install that engine.

The stock engine mounts via the oil pan and the inetrmediate iron. First gen engines mount via the front cover.
So... you either have to do something custom with your engine mounts, which is much more difficult that it sounds, or you would have to change the front cover, change the oil pan, and the ACCURATELY drill and tap bolts into the center irons.
Its not easy stuff for the first-time enthusaist, despite how it sounds.
Its would be equally as easy to sell this engine and buy a used 13B from a second gen.

"Will fit any Mazda that was originally equipped with a 13B engine"

that is a lie. it only fits '84 and '85 cars with 13b.

I can only laugh at an attempt to shove that into an FD... (which also came stock with a 13B)
