Piaa Lights Vs Sylvania Lights

this has been in question for a while and i finally decided to go ahead and test it.
I purchased the top of the line Sylvania Lights and the top of the line PIAA lights they are both 4000K Halogen lights. I let you guys be the judge on what to use for your vehicles.
Personally i liked Sylvania lights better, they were a bit brighter and the light reflection seemed to be a bit whiter than PIAA not to mention a lot cheaper.

Now i use sylvania in my rx until im able to get HID

For the price, you can't really beat Sylvania's. I use them as well.

Glad to see someone did the test! Just so you know GE is comming out with a new one also, they were promoting it at the Auto Show this year. I think they are called Eagle Eyes or something. The rep said they are going to be the best on the market and are comming out on shelves in April.

Are you talking about the sylvania silverstars or a model higher than that?

sylvania silverstars all the way!

i had the piaa bulbs and really didn't like them. silverstars lit up the road better.

i've had sylvania silverstars and i now have piaa spark blues. the sylvania seemed to be more white and a little clearer, but the piaa's are definately brighter and project a little further. just my two cents

I have the silverstars in crystal cut housings and it was a great improvement over stock. I want brighter though.

EDIT: This is on a FC by the way. If anyone wants some pix ask.

Using silverstars in the FD, now to get matching ones for the fogs and parking lights.
