Looks pretty good from what I can see. Give us some details! What did it cost? was it black before? did it need alot of bodywork? Where did you get it done?

$2300 w/ new hood. It was gold before. It had a big old dent in the passenger side fender from a Jeep. It was done at JayHawk Auto Body here in Topeka.

looking good.. yeah i need to paint mine too. It looks good and all, but the 'metalic harbor blue' isnt as metallic.... more of a "best buy blue" color.

It Black Pearl Metallic. Its the same color as the Nissan Skyline R32 S-tune. I wanted a real deep black and I saw it on Gran Turismo 3, and was like whoa.

looks ok, i think its a little to black though, maybe a different color rim would bring out the black paint job a little better. Other than that, you've got a sweet lookin car man to bad the guy in the picture looks like something straight off of the "bum fight crew"!

Yeah he does but he loves all drift type cars and he couldn't help himself. I was thinking about getting some white or broze TE37s.

Nice ride.

If I were you. I'd look in the "for sale" section or a junk yard for a black or gray interior. The red kinda detracts from the nice new paint job. I supose tinted windows might do the trick too.....

What size are the rims you have on there? White ones would look sharp. If you do get new wheels, those ones would look great on my red S4 - how much would you sell them for?

I like the rims and the paint. I'm on my 2nd black FC turbo. You can't have paint that is "too black". It's beautiful. Could use some "tire goo" to blacken up those tires. FWIW IF you need new factory carpet for your car, Mazdasurplus.com has it for $50.00 in red. I asked my dealer about new carpet and they quoted me over $800.00 ! I almost switched to red just so I could get the cheap OEM carpet from msurplus.

The only problem that I see with the car is it needs to be a hair lower (I'm not one of those drop it on it's **** kinda guys, just some nice sport springs like Tokico's they look great and handle a million times better not that the car is a slouch to begin with ), and the tires aren't exactly pretty against the paint either . Yea that interior does detract from the paint, that along with the tires hurts the car a bit...tint the windows and hook the tires up and you're set! Still a sweet paint job though!

Here is a vert I just painted that I am selling now as well. I painted it over Christmas. Still have to put the front bumper back on and some other trim.

Yeah I'm saving for my my Tein HA coilovers. The rims are 17's. Yeah I noticed the tires and they do kinda look ugly for some reason.
