Intake ->Cold Air box?

Intake ->Cold Air box?
I was gonna make a cold air box to go around my cone filter, does anybody have any tips on how to do this so i dont make it incredibly sloppy? maybe some pics of yours or anythign woudl help

A way to do it is to get a piece of cardboard and fold it to fit and cut so its in the shape of a box completely covering the area about the size of the one in the above pic, then you get a sheet of aluminum and trace out the marks and then cut and fold. Of course your gonna need something to cut it and a hammer to help crease or fold the aluminum but overall it should take about 15-30 minutes -Gabe

Ha! Just kidding...
Anyway, I've been at this Air Box thing for a long time and I've got good news. I've created something that will put the Air Box of your dreams under your hood! It's a package which includes the templates and a CD with the list of tools (including the BEST one for cutting the aluminum), a list of materials (including the BEST source for inexpensive aircraft aluminum), a set of build suggestions/guides and a set of photos to help describe it all.
So, for all my research development, laying out and copying the templates, typing out the lists and burning them to CD and taking photos and burning those to CD all I want is $5 to cover my costs and postage.
"Why is he doing this?", you may ask. Well, I just wanna help out my fellow Rotary brothers (and sisters) and I like knowing that my (actually, my brother's) design is out there making the Rotary community a better place!
I'll be glad to respond to emails from interested parties.
I want the package!

sorry about the crappy quality, i couldnt reduce the quality as JPG cuz my comp crashed and my editing software is gone so i had to make it in GIF format

Yep that's it. That thing is the **** for cutting aluminum. Just be ready for the amount of time it's gonna take to make the cuts. It's slow going, but worth it because you can make really clean, precise cuts.
