Turbo II VS RX8 driveshaft splines
Looking to mate a turbo II driveshaft to a RX8 transmission. Are the splines on the tailshaft the same on both transmissions? Positioning on the RX8 trans will be the same distance as the TII trans.

the rx8 transmission is 3 inches shorter than the tII trans. That's not the problem. I'm moving everything back (motor/trans) 3 inches to line up the shifter in the correct spot. This would also line up the driveshaft to fit.
So I mated the TII driveshoft to the rx8 trans. Looks like it fits snug. I'm just looking for verification. I misplaced my calipers to check. I guess I could count the number of splines.
