i've been thinking of doing this but lack the dimentions could you provide these to a felow member? have a plastics co. here that will do it in lexan just nee to measure the depth and width, and i'm to lazy to take out the lights and measure.
TIA

Mine work with the stock bumper. I will sell mine without headlights so people can use what they think is best. I have 5 pieces to make and it should go pretty quickly. I want to get finished tonight. I will post pics tonight if I make good progress.
cool what kinda price you talking about? also please hook me up with the dimentions! i was just going to do a basic box and bolt the lights in are you doing the same or like the 3rd gen ones where it's cradleing the lights?

I am just doing the "box". I assume that when you say "cradling" the lights, you mean like the East Bear kit, right? Those are fiberglass and complicated and they leave the EXPENSIVE lights exposed.
I am still working out the price depending on the options I have with materials and logistics.
My inspiration was the Corvette C5-R I saw at Road Atlanta. I really liked the headlights so I went from there. Mine are kinda reversed in that they lean back more instead of standing up like the C5-R lights. I have to buy more materials tommorrow so I can't post any good pics tonight, but please be patient. I am not trying to be a tease.
