just do a search for Pivot Headlight Controller.. or you can look here

http://www.shinkairacing.com/PIVOT.htm a bit pricey

http://www.shopresponse.com/popup_he...ntrollers.html a bit cheaper here

http://students.uwf.edu/jkd1/sleepy.html here is some pics of the unit installed on my car. I also have scanned in the install instructions, if you want to take a look

I know that there are a few other places, but these are what i could come up with in a minute or two.

Some people hate how they look with sleepy eyes, I have the Pivot unit and am very happy with it.

You could also just install a switch, that kills the power to the headlight motor, not as nice but the results are the same. just have to turn the lights on and kill the power to the motor at about the same time.

If you want the sleepy look just do a search on SLEEPY and you will find great how to's. Then if you don't like the look you just plug the motor back in, and there is no mone wasted. I will post a pic of mine if you want. I don't know if Im going to keep it or not. It does look kinda mean though

Thanks guys.
OPEC, by looking at your lights I think that I may be asking for the wrong thing. I'm actually looking for a kit that will only raise the lights about half way when on and the ones that I like replace the stock bulbs with 2(each side) round bulbs.
Do you know of anyone that makes a kit like that? I can find a link to a pic on a first gen if it would help.

Thanks,

Mike

Hey Stinkfist, Are you talking about this???
I'm not sure if theres a kit that'll do the entire look. I've heard of people buying the bulb conversion and doing the fuse trick to get the look.

I'd like to get it but it costs $930 just for the headlights.

AE Turbo, Thats the one!! Funny though now that I see it, I'm not sure that I like it. Maybe its just the pic. I really like them on 1st and 3rd gens. Maybe it's just the color of that car. If I got them they would be on a 10AE. Might look better on white. Not worth that much money though. I thought the 1st gen kit was expensive. It's only $350.

Thanks,

Mike

i have a switch running to my fuse and back (must be 30 amp) and during the day time the switch is off and my lights are on so they are shining through the ftp's like daytime running lights. at night, i turn on my lights like normal, then i flip the switch for about a half second and flip it back off. it freezes the lights sleeply like. after i'm done driving, turn off lights, flip the switch back on, the lights go all the way up and all the way down, then turn switch off. if i need good visibility, i just flip the switch and they go all the way up. plus you can adjust the sleepyness to your liking
