opinions? (projector headlamps)

cool or not?

i think it might look neat, especially setting them up as daytime running lights through the flash-to-pass lenses

takes H4 bulbs if anyone wonders..

btw - bulbs not included

bulbs can be purchased in regular white, super white, blue, and that bmw-ish purplish colour, etc..

the colour you want to see out the projector depends on your taste

if anyone is wondering, i was reading about it in sport truck magazines (my father's)

the chevy s10s (depending on what model year) use the same DOT sealed beams as rx7s (and many many other cars)

alot of custom truck places are coming out with these..

i have seen the pictures of s10s with them and they look GREAT but unfortunately its in a magazine and i have yet to find a digitized picture.. oh well..

I have em on my car, using the Sylvania silverstar bulbs. Bright as hell now. I get people flashing their brights as me as night as if I had my birghts on. They dont like it when I flash my brights back. I wish I had pics to show, but I dont. They make the car look..."newer".

I think they would be cool. I was looking for the H4 conversion myself, but I might get these.

Victoria British lists Hella Halogen Vision Plus for $49.95 each, two required obviously. Bulbs are $9.95 each.

yeah I need better lights. I play in a mens volleyball league and after it is over I have a 30 minute drive through the mountains to the highway and the stock lighting on a second gen sucks ***. I guess I will try those pep boys silver star bulbs. before i crash

yeah, i got the sylvania silverstars and they are really nice for the price IMO. They do have a "blue" tint to themn, but that's because they're whiter that normal halogens, and you get used to seeing the yellowness of the normal ones.

When I first got my car, I didn't really realize that the headlights were as shitty as they were. But I did replace them with like GE regular lights and the difference was amazing. However I'll probably get these.
(What I'm saying is that you might want to spend the $15 to replace your headlights with new ones before blowing $100 on fancy headlights.)

would these work with HID's????

do you think they would give off a good beam pattern? (i.e. cut-off)
