What Movies have you seen gen I's in?

I just saw the new spy movie with lucie lu (sp) and antonio banderas(sp) Ballistic. During the big shoot em up scene there is a blue gen I in the street. I think it got shot a few times with a .50 cal. I was wondering what other movies you guys know of that have an rx-7 in it. I know fast and the furious does also.

yeah ... where in Pulp Fiction?

off the top of my head, i remember seeing one in Basic Instinct (i believe an SE was in the scene where he's chasing the Lotus down the mountain). plus, they are in several of those 80's sitcoms (A-Team, Hardcastle & McCormick, etc.)

I dont remember seeing a first gen in Fast and the Furious....saying that you hadnt seen a 3rd gen in the movie only proves that you must have the beginning symptoms of downs syndrome.

Pulp Fiction:
Outside the junkyard where they drop off the bodies in the background there is a SE with a glass roof on the top level of one of those car hauling trailers.

There was one in Striking Distance(?). The Bruce Willis movie where he's a river patrol cop. If I remember right, there's also one in the Clint Eastwood movie where he is the thief that sees the Pres kill a woman. Absolute Power I think.

Theres one in the funny *** black comedy "3 Strikes" Its parked on hte street. you can only see parts of it for only a few seconds. It was a series 2, sunrise red with a sunroof and the factory alloy wheels. Thats all you can see. They blew a red series 3, auto, up in an episode of Nash Bridges. damn them

If my memory serves me, (and it seldom does now a days)There's a 1st gen in the begining of Die Hard. It's in the street when the terrorists are driving in the truck towards the building.

I don't know of any other movies with first gens, but there are A LOT of Knight Rider episodes with them. There are 2 silver ones, an SA and FB which were used as "extras" in countless episodes, Michael Knight's girlfriend drove one in an episode, and KITT chased one around a drive- in on another. My personal favorite was and episode of the Fall Guy in which there were diamonds hidden under the hood of one of about 15-20 stunt cars, all of which were red and tender blue FB's!! There were a couple of huge chase scenes with burn outs, donuts, jumps etc. I do seem to remember hearing about some 1980 or '81 low budget movie calle "Smokey Bites the Dust" in which the "star" was a black convertible SA. Never seen it though.
