I just watched the howling this weekend, that is a terrible horror movie, but a good comedy... The scene with the guy needing to get gas was funny as hell. "hey hold your horses pal, not everyone can afford a mazda, ya know some of us have to work for a living." There is another scene that has the rex squeeling its tires when it is stoping in grass.
Not a movie, but I've seen quite a few in cut-scenes during Seinfeld episodes. Also I thought I spied one in Spiderman, when he was chasing someone down the street, just before he swings over the bridge. I wasn't really paying attention, and just caught a glimpse. No flames if it turns out to be waaay off, lol.

... the 1st gen is in the scene where they slam that GMC truck through the loby of that motel + you can see the front bumper in the shot with the guy holding his truck up so he can change the tyre ... its a white SA In the original (the best) Jackie Chan drives a subaru Justy I think ... in the sequal he drives a mitsubishi starion turbo ?
the first gen in cannonball run, is in the parking lot before they start racing.... I know cause I love that movie, and having a first gen it's just something I notice.... There is a lenghty scene in Ballistic: Ecks vs Sever, the new Banderas movie.... as a plus for those of you who've seen that it survives unlike the rest of the cars on the street.
Here's an obscure one for ya: In The Cable Guy (Matthew Broderick, Jim Carrey, Jack Black) there's a scene where Broderick enters a parking garage and Carrey has rigged his auto security keyfob to trigger all the car alarms in the parkade (that's parking structure to folks in the southern half of the US)
All the cars start flashing their lights and honking. You can see a closeup of the right front bumper of a FB as it's light raises, flashes on/of, then lowers.

theres one in an australian movie called "Melcome"
its when they take the car he built out for a run and they stop out side the bank, there is one park infront of em, its a grey series 3 (or maybe 2)
