help! timing! underdrive pulley question

I just bought the 74-92 Underdrive Eccentric Pulley 4" OD
Timing marks at -10 (ATDC) 0, 10 (BTDC) and 20 (BTDC)
from mazdatrix.com

my 87 is wayy out of time and I wanted to know what timing mark I should put it on.

I'm also not sure which timing mark is which.

here is the pic and I used paint with 4 colors, green, blue, red, yellow to mark them. I know how to set the cas but please help me with this.

When I did mine I put it at zero by hand then lined up the gear marks on the crank angel sensor put it in place and set the timeing from there. note had to reset the marks on the crank angle sensor twice as they tend to move on you while reinstalling. third time was the chare i guess since went together perfect and needed almost no correction.
