I finally hit 100 posts!!!!!!!!!!!! <~420 all day baby!!!

 

Can someone clear up one thing for me before I do the ATF trick. Some threads mention this will clog your convertors & can damage the O2 sensor. I have a new convertor and really don't want to plug it up or damage it. IS THIS TRUE. What are the after effects on these components. I figured in time the ATF would just burn off.

 

The ATF trick ISN'T reccomended for the well being of your cats, as the unburnt fluid will stick to the ceramic inside. Most of us here have a straight through pipe we use for off road racing that we would exchange for, in times like these. they are cheap to buy and even cheaper to have made.
