NEW FDNewbie Imports Feedback Thread!
Hey guys,
It's with great regret that I share with you this news... The "legendary" 8+ page FDNewbie Imports Feedback Thread that's been going on for YEARS now, and was located in the Good Guy/Bad Buy section, was mistakenly deleted when the Feedback section was recently revamped
Without a doubt, some of the posts in there were simply CLASSIC (like the "Ramy wrapped this thing so well that it wouldn't get damaged, even if the Fedex guy decided to Hail-Mary it to my doorstep" or "I received my parts today, and apparently Ramy bomb-proofs his parts prior to shipping" posts hehe), and they will surely be missed. But with your help, we will not only re-create what we lost in the old feedback thread, but we'll also be able to make this one bigger and better than ever before!
My humble request is as follows. If you've ever purchased a part from us, big or small, OEM, aftermarket, or rare JDM, be it recently or in the distant past, I'd REALLY appreciate it if you can post about your experience in here. And of course, humor and creativity are ALWAYS welcome
Many thanks,
~Ramy

Ramy is a god amongst men ! If it werent for ramy and all the parts ive bought (and still need to buy) from him, id be on vacation in the Bahamas right now. Id also have an entirely empty storage room at the moment. But seriously, ramy and FDNewbie Imports has done the footwork needed to grab some of the most obscure parts (somehow at very good prices) for me, which i would never in a million years have hoped to find on my own. Its hard to put a price on that sort of thing but hes truly been (and still is) one of the most essential parts in the buildup of my beloved FD, as he can get me practically ANYTHING that i need. And if he cant (such as in some RHD only 99 spec interior parts) he has offered and begun fabrication of LHD specific replicas. honestly ramy, i cant thank you enough... you are bringing my dreams of a complete 99 spec FD to reality.
Anyway, enough sentiment. Ramy is an upfront and honest guy and always a pleasure to deal with. He's always come through for me in the end (even when the going got tough) and has gone the extra mile for me (even looking up BOLTS that i need) so i thought i at least owe him a "thumbs up" and "job well done" so, with that said... 3 cheers for ramy! thank you for your excellent service and i look forward to signing my paychecks over to you again in the near future
Sincerely, Heath

I did a '99 spec conversion through FDNewbie Imports and couldn't be happier. Ramy has his work cut out for him and has never failed. I still have quite a large list of parts that will go through none other than... FDNewbie Imports.

Not the company
Great communication about when parts will be in stock, and great prices. I will DEF. be buying from him again!
(and yes, products are bomb-proof wrapped. Always mint condition!)

He is great to deal with and has always came through me.
If there is a hard-to-find JDM or out of production part I am looking for Ramy is my first choice. I don't know where else I could have found the new Mazdaspeed FD parts I was looking for.

I feel like I'm leaving something out, but I know the JDM headlight GB, the recaro seats, and something else. Either way - great getting to know Ramy a couple years ago and would hesitate to buy again with no worries. Like many think or might have said, your help in the RX-7 community is much appreciated.

Ramy is the man! I ordered the RE-Amemiyia (spelling?) sleek light kit with the air induction (straight to the turbo!) on the passenger side. He got it from Japan for me pretty fast and good deal too!

Got the light kit today as promised! Took me about an hour to unpack it as Ramy prepared the box to go through a bomb going off. Bullettproof packing to say the least, lol...

Thanks Ramy, I received the funds, they are more than fair. You are truly a stand up guy, I really feel like an *** for ever doubting you.
Bottom line, you got me seats that are next to impossible to obtain. I love em & appreciate all you did to get them for me.
For any of you who might have seen my posts over the past few days......
I would like to publicly apologize to Ramy.
In this fast pace world of instant gratification I got impatient with Ramy. He was open to my complaints & we exchanged emails. Due to miscommunication (on my part) I let things get out of hand.
Still Ramy was decent enough to still want to help me out. That means allot to me.
I highly recommend him & his products. If you ever have ANY problems he will work with you to come to a mutual solution.

Ken, no questions, this WILL be taken care of, and immediately. Sorry I haven't had a chance to respond to your email yet; as fate would have it, I didn't have a free second the past two days - literally, and resolved to make sure to email you back tonight, no matter what. Apparently you beat me to it
Like I said, sorry for the mess; I really don't know how THAT happened. But don't worry, I'll make sure its taken care of 100%. Check your email in a few...I'll get 'er done tonight.
My apologies,
~Ramy
EDIT: Email sent.

Ramy---you're a stand up guy. I understand how things like this can happen, but the important thing is that you're willing to take care of it and make things right. I think it's partly my fault for not doing my homework and realizing that they were discontinued several years ago. Now that the e-mail dialog has been established, feel free to delete my above post as all I was trying to do was get your attention, and I want this to be a positive feedback thread. Thanks,
Ken

I bought stuff from Ramy before. My most memorable was when I got my guage cluster. When i unpacked it, I thought to myself. .. "Did dude spend $60.00 on shipping bubbles. . .???" I mean, thing thing had enough of the shipping paper that it could have floated across the pacific, during a monsoon, struck by lightening multiple times, and still not have gotten wet.
Definitely an awesome guy! I also got a nice side gift with it as well. If you don't shop FDNewbie imports, you're a f*cking communist.

Ramy never fails! he's a busy guy so don't get too freaked out when he doesn't return your emails, because he will...this guy must get like 200 emails a day (half of them probably me too..sorry ramy ), but i've ordered from him before and things always show up in 100% condition and he stands by his products.
If he doesn't block me from emailing him constantly for status updates about when the slow boat is leaving japan, i'll continue to send him as much business as i can.
A+++ seller.

I purchased a datalogit from one of ramys GB's. The prices were very fair and the shipping was very fast.
I'm also very amazed at how in depth and personal his responses are, which completely explains why sometimes it takes him a bit to dole them out... It has always left me with the feeling that he is putting his entire effort into whatever he does!
