Monday I'm going to make alot of phonecalls from all the references here on this forum (rx7.com mainly) to see if ANYone can repair my two dead gauge clusters. I'm almost at a point where I'm going to say **** it and get a Motec Display /CAN bus, and have someone install it.

Call Zepco. Rotary Performance/rx7.com have used them for years. Personally I've sent them three clusters with great results

I wouldn't send it to DNA. My experience with them was not great and ended with no results. I sent in my cluster a few month ago. They ended up sending it back 90 days later not working. They told me at the time, that they will no longer service the FD Clusters because of all the issues they had. Still to this day I have a non working FD Cluster. I'm purchasing a RacePak.

Gauge cluster repair

Does anyone know if this guys is still in business? I sent him my gauge cluster one month ago and no contact. I sent him money on Paypal also and nothing. I think I am going to have to file for lost cluster with USPS. I have sent him numerous PM's and nothing.

I would advise you to go in another direction. Ramy has pretty much moved on and has a poor track record regarding speedo repairs in terms of timeliness. Nice guy, just don't use for speedo repairs.

I recommend DNA Speedometers in Tampa FL. They did some good work for me a few years back:

We repair all domestic and foreign speedometers and odometers!

A few have posted they don't do RX7 clusters anymore, but I think this is not correct so give them a call. They list the 93-95 RX7 specifically on the website. You can also search speedo repair on the forum as there are a several others that can do the repair work as well.

I'll call DNA in the morning & confirm. I think I saw in another thread rx7.com is an option too.

Hi Ramy,

It's been years since I've seen you! How are things?

Are you still offering this service?

Busy with life, responsibilities, other projects, but still lurkin around from time to time.

I still do them, but they're time-intensive. So if you have patience and NO schedule to keep, yea I can get it done. Otherwise, might hafta find another source... Just bein honest.

Ramy,

Sent my cluster off a couple weeks ago. Tried getting you via PM a couple times, and emailed the address linked to your PayPal, but no replies. I really need to verify that you received my cluster. I sent from UPS, and the tracking shows delivered. Also hoping for some kind of lead time. Please message me back.

Oh man, did you blindly ship your cluster to the address Ramy posted in 2009?

I used the address that was on the form attached to this post. I didn't see an address on the posts here, but I didn't look hard, either. Having the sinking feeling I'll never see my cluster again.

Sent balance payment and got word back from Ramy as promised. Thanks, Ramy!
For anyone else considering this service, I would suggest coordinating with Ramy before you ship. FdNewbie has a website, with email contact information.
Ramy, I hope you continue to offer this service, as these cars are all old now, and replacement options are expensive.

Cluster was shipped, and on its way to me!
As Ramy stated before, these take a bit of time to go through, but he gets them done. Ramy sent me two bench test photos of my cluster working.
I would recommend this service to anyone here, but I also strongly suggest coordinating with Ramy beforehand.
