GB: Spirit-R Key!
1. FD3S2005 Keys werent cut like original, going to check something tho first - FINAL VERDICT?
2. KKMpunkrock2011 - Invoice sent for shipping balance
3. Jdmrxluver - Can you plz dbl check the package, cuz I definitely sent you 2 red keys?
4. Tyburn, as allrotor93 mentioned, w/ international shipping, you can't track the package; you can only confirm receipt. The only exception is if you opt for a trackable/traceable shipping method like UPS or Fedex (or USPS EMS), which is EXPENSIVE. Given this is the 3rd key that's been lost internationally (that's what I guess happened to your key), I probably will require such a trackable shipping method from now on. Most ppl aren't thrilled to pay more in shipping costs than the cost of the item itself though...
5. flunkysama, that's because I emailed you to confirm your order details, and never got a reply. I went ahead and re-sent that email. I need you to email me back to confirm it (or correct any info) so we don't have any mixups, given how many times ppl have changed their order details and/or shipping info.

Ramy, I already sent you 31.40, can you explain why you've requested that I send you an extra 11.13? It says shipping balance, but that seems a tad high for 1 key, and I thought the shipping balance was included in that first payment?

Hey Ramy, their was only one key in the package maybe you packed it into someone elses and put the wrong address on it i dont know? i still have the envelope it came in. ill send you money for the shipping cost for the other key to be shipped.

Sorry I've had trouble logging in for quite a while now. Not sure what the prob was. I suspect it was a billing issue I was dealing w/ with someone over & IB (the site owners), and the person I was talking to up & disappeared (phone #, extension, and email is gone from their directory). So I'm still sorting that out (Robb M., I'd appreciate some help in that aspect). The good news is, I'm able to log in and post now...so hopefully it'll last.
1. For those who had issues w/ their keys...I want to assure ya that the keys were VIN Cut BY MAZDA. And it seems like only 1 or 2 ppl had a prob w/ their VIN-cut keys. The only scenarios that I can imagine are:
- A) The VIN you supplied was wrong
- B) The VIN you supplied is right, BUT the lock cylinders on your car have been changed at some point (possibly prior to your ownership)
- C) The VIN you supplied is right, the lock cylinder matches, but the cylinder + your original key have had enough wear & tear that the new VIN-cut key needs to be filed down some to work properly.
If none of those are the cases, I'd be really surprised, as I've VIN cut DOZENS of keys in this and the previous GB w/o any problems (except the above mentioned ones) - but we'll need to figure this out either way. So check the 3 issues above plz, and let me know, and we'll get this taken care of immediately.
For those still awaiting their keys...
- FD3S2005, yours went out a WHILE back. I'm not sure what happened; they went out w/ the rest of the VIN cut keys. Everyone received 'em except you. Lemme see if I can get a tracking # on it.
- KKMpunkrock2011, I thought we had reached an agreement re: the iTrader thingy. Did you ever get to the bottom of that? Cuz no change was made on my end.
- Joe Castro, I never received the balance of your payment, so I'm still holding onto your keys
- smblue1985, emailed you back.
Anyone else have any issues that need to be taken care of? Lets get this done & over w/ ASAP.

thanks ramy, however when I went to check it, it said the tracking number was invalid, I know one company only has updates when the package leaves the original destination and is delivered at its final destination, is that fedex?
sorry i didnt get back to this thread, took my red key to home depot and had them recut the cut one and it seems to work.... now the problem is that the black one that was slightly bent, i got to see if i can un bend it before i bring it into get recut

I tried to email you a long time ago regarding the two VIN cut keys I got, but didn't hear back. I got them from Ray and Malloy and they weren't cut correctly. I can't even get them into the door or the ignition.
Also, I did pay for one blank black key and one blank red key, but haven't received it. Can you let me know what's up?

AMIT, did you ever reply to the email I sent you regarding confirming your order & shipping address? Cuz I said I'm not shipping 'em out until I get a confirmation, so we don't have ppl receiving different keys from what they ordered, or having them shipped to the wrong address (since many ppl changed addresses in the meantime).
