Ok guys before I get knee-deep on this, I need you guys to read up about the RaceLogic units and their optional accessories here: http://www.racelogic.co.uk/?show=Traction_Control then list the EXACT units you're looking for along w/ any accessories you'd like. That way I can know exactly what we'll be ordering.

Thanks,
~Ramy

Just a quick question if anyone can help: We don't need "wheel speed sensors" if we already have ABS installed, correct? TIA

I think so. The RaceLogic website says that it will work using the vehicles existing abs system, if you don't have ABS installed you need wheel speed sensors. I don't have ABS on my FC and I don't think I'll keep it on my FD. So, I'll be needing them.

I think the part number is RLTC6DIA for what I am interested in. I would need to know price and delivery timeframe before committing with a deposit.

you won't need them for your fd, just take out the ABS, not the wheel speed sensors. Save some dough

What? So, take out my ABS and don't get the wheel speed sensors? How will the TC work then?

You leave your stock ABS sensors in and use those. If you dont have any stock sensors, you buy the ones from Racelogic.

Assuming, of course, that this is a significant discount over the US Racelogic distributors...

This is assuming pricing is significantly lower than US Racelogic Distributor prices

9) rxcited2 - RLTC8DIA & TCCLUSHIFT Adjustable Traction Control (8 Cyl) + Launch Control + Data Logging ABS + Digital Adjuster + Full Throttle Shift

I am slightly confused by the Race Logic pages (http://www.racelogic.co.uk/?show=Tra...-Retail_Prices) because of the many different cylinder options and not knowing how exactly they apply to rotors! It looks like the newer units (8 cylinder models?) are required for data logging so that was the basis for my choice. If I could get the 6 cylinder model with launch control, digital adjuster and data logging, I would because I specifically confirmed with Race Logic in the past that the 6 cylinder model can be configured for a 13B rotary engine.

Are these correct statements?

1) 6, 8, or 12 cylinder units can be configured with a two rotor motor (13B). What about three rotor motors? (20B)
2) ABS units will work with existing wheel speed sensors by tapping into oem harness inside the passenger kick panel. Non-ABS units require purchase, installation, and wiring for wheel speed sensors (Race Logic P/N TCWSSSET)
