I believe we're 100% finalized on the lighting and we will be using HELLA lighting for both hi/low beams. It's rather difficult to find quality lights that are 120mm, but I believe we have an option most customers will be very pleased with.
I already have a spare set of 90mm HELLA's and a spare set of buckets. I'll take a few pictures of them fitted in the housings to get an idea of what we'll be supplying with a complete kit.

UPDATE: I now have the final pricing on the kit!!! I'll be posting full details later tonight or tomorrow. Again, we'll be providing two options at the moment: One w/lights and w/out lights. 12 sets are expected to be ready to ship by the end of this month.
I will start collecting deposits as soon as payment information has been posted and pending vendor approval. I finally look forward to getting this GB rolling and the kits completed and shipped out. I know my car neeeds these...I hope everyone else feels the same way

Sorry...yesterday was actually supposed to be the day, but I just got bogged down with so much other work and didn't have a chance to post up details. I'll try again for tonight, but otherwise I will have info 100% by tomorrow.
Regarding pictures, I'll take some tonight with the 90mm Hella's. I'll order the other set of lights tonight and can have complete pictures by next week. I will be posting all the details and information needed to make an informed decision so therefore it'll be up to the customer to decide whether this is the right kit for their respective vehicle.
Thanks,
-Rizwan

I would be interested with HID's. You could do the outside with 90mm and the inside with 50mm non HID (both by Hella). The inside could also be fog (outside dual beam) but not everyone has factory fog wiring. Or maybe air ducts and no lights on the inside.

I will also be supplying an installation guide based off the installation work we performed on our local FD. I've ordered a complete set of the lights so I can get up pictures of actual lights being used with this kit. As I mentioned earlier, the lenses won't be included with this GB as we are still working on finalizing details.
Finally, I had an opportunity to take a few quick pictures of the actual kit installed on our customer's FD. Since, I'm very picky in general with everything I've done with the Rx-7's I've owned, I am going to say the kit is 95-98% complete. The fitment on the D-side is perfect. The fitment on the P-side is near perfect with there being a small gap between the hood and the inner-side of the headlight bucket. I've spoken with my bodyguy in detail in regards to this and he mentioned that any capable/quality shop will be able to add fiberglass to the bucket to shape it perfectly.
I'm providing this information ahead of time so any interested parties are fully aware of what they will be receiving. I am very happy with the overall quality and components of the kit we'll be selling. This is a kit that requires a significant amount of bodywork, including cutting the bumper, shaping/sanding the buckets (They have been substantially reinforced to allow this), and cutting the headlight support frame. Therefore, please be advised that although work is involved the eventual outcome is a superior headlight kit for a superior car.
