Yea...so far the best price I'm looking at is in the low $200s for the illuminated ****.

Low $200's is still too high considering they can be had much cheaper elsewhere. I'll wait till ramy gets a better price.

 

I have the non-illuminated **** already - I love it. I use it in conjunction with a short-shifter. I paid $100 plus shipping for the ****. (Vendors shall remain nameless).

I would like an illuminated one - yes please! I think $175 would be fair so hopefully you can get it down to this level!

P.S. If I get an illuminated one, I'll gladly sell my non-illuminated one to someone for 1/2 price, but only after I get the new one in hand.

 

Anything going to materialize with this group buy? How about a group buy for the unlit 5-speed version,I'm sure there would be enough interest? Personally I don't have a burning need to spend over twice the price of an unlit RX-8,5-speed shift **** for a 25¢ led.

 

It is one of those nice little touches that are hard to define. It is of course a matter of opinion, but I think a backlit shift pattern on the **** would be one of those nice touches. If this touch is not for you, then you are entitled to your opinion of course.

Yeah, the LED is cheap and I would have no problem hooking one up myself. But to integrate it into the non-illuminated **** would probably be hard to do if it is even possible. If you buy the illuminated one, you are not buying a 25 cent LED, you are buying an INSTALLED 25 cent LED!

 

What's the status on this

 

I'd like to hear on an unlit 5sp **** GB price. I'd like one.

 

Ramy, is still working on the supplier. This has turned into one of the more difficult items to find a good deal on.

 

I think I got my unlit one for around 100-120 . . . A lit one would be awesome though Hope Ramy can pull through <3

 

if this is still going on, i'm in for a shift ****.

I got tired of waiting, so I called 'em up late last night and spoke w/ 'em over the phone. Things are looking good. I'm fairly sure we can work out a nice price on 'em, but I need to know which ones you guys want. The ***** come in red, tan, and black leather. So please post up a list of those who are interested, and which color you're interested in. If anyone has pictures of the ***** in diff colors, feel free to post 'em up too.

Although price isn't finalized, I'm aiming to make sure we can get them to ya at the lowest price possible, which should be under $200 SHIPPED.

Interesting, I had never seen the red or tan ones before. I thought the tan and red would be fully wrapped in that color not a 2 tone with black.
