Save Money! Paypal E-Check Option Tutorial!
Want to save money? Send payment via Paypal E-Check method (provided you have adequate funds in your bank account), and pay only a $5 FLAT FEE on ALL Paypal transactions, regardless of how large they are!

When you get to the "Check Payment Details" screen click "More Funding Options"
