I'm looking to do a purchase as well, the 99 spec front bumper assembly including lights and all required install parts and the 99 spec tail lights and some smoked out 99 spec turn signals. that'd be sick!

Yep, but this GB is centered around the purchase of the bumper so it wouldn't make sense if you just wanted the 99 lip, because shipping will be the flat rate.

FWIW when we choose our 99 tails, even though they are used we only buy the mint/near mint tails .

so im a bit confused... are these bumpers NOT coming from mazda? i guess im just not understanding why you can place order with certain part numbers and not others. i'd think any place thats able to deal you factory parts would have access to anything with a mazda part number. maybe im not understanding.......
are our parts being shipped from Mazda? or are they some sort of grey market parts? i want to make sure what im getting is brand new mazda parts and from a reputable mazda parts dealer.

These are OEM mazda parts unless listed otherwise. It's not a matter of placing an order for 99 tails or flying m emblems, but a matter of getting a GB price for them. The only reason we listed the 99 tails as used, is we've had success obtaining these parts, in good condition, from the second hand Japanese market.

Just so it's clear, YOU ARE GETTING BRAND NEW MAZDA PARTS FROM A REPUTABLE SOURCE .

Heath, this issue was addressed in this AND the previous thread. All parts are OEM. But I won't go into the complexities of why one item can easily be obtained through a GB and why another can't, even though they're both made by Mazda. If I started to list the reasons, it would be a *very* long post. So just leave that part up to us, k?
