Of course, but look at it this way. Our cars sit SO low. Most of the time, you're just going to drive up under whatever you hit and crumple your hood back like a tin can.

Either way, cosmetically, I just didn't want anyone to think you needed it to make it look ok.

Anyone know if the 99 spec fog lights hook into the wiring for my 93 fog lights? If not - how do they hook up? I'm considering them...

This is a big negative. You simply have to enlarge both turn signal openings about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter. No hacking, and the rebar still retains it's functionality. When I was at the shop I would see FDs where the rebar was basically hacked down to 1/3rd it's original size, and the people/body shops who do that are lazy buffoons in my opinion .

thats fine, but i was hoping to order a bunch of other parts at the same time on the same order since they are going to be dropshipped. i have most of the part numbers (which i emailed to you) but i can post them here if you want as well. in addititon to the FULL bumper setup, i wanted some rear mud guards, centercaps, replacement mounting hardware for the rear wing, and a few other bolts and fasteners etc. if you get a chance, peep my list and lemme know how you want to do it. thanks Ramy!!

I know this is gonna be odd question but here I go anyway. I currently have a stock exterior FD with no wing that was originally Montego Blue. I am going to convert it to 99 spec with the wing and paint it a pearl blue (at least i think thats what its called, this one). So am I right to assume I need all these parts? Is there any other parts you recommend I get also. I'm just a total noobie when it comes to customization but I have the money and want to make my FD nice.

So if you could help this noobie, that would be awesome

thewird, yes you'd need these parts to convert it to 99spec (and a few more, which I can happily suggest to you). Yet I'll have to ask you to EMAIL me (at Info@FDNewbieImports.com) with any individual questions you may have that do not pertain to this GB specifically. I know it sucks, but it's the only system we have right now. Ramy just doesn't have a whole lot of time these days. In the next month or so we're going to try to increase our organization.

ok so it looks like it will take me another 4 days (to transfer my papal balance to my bank account) and then withdraw it for an echeck... which will take ANOTHER 3-4 days to clear for you guys. hopefully you guys arent in a rush... cause theres no way im paying $67 dollars in paypal fees

^^ Everyone needs their parts ASAP from Ramy... Get in line people. I sent Ramy an email over a month ago regarding other parts etc. and I'm still waiting. I know it sucks to have to wait for your parts but you need to realize your not the only ones that are just waiting to give Ramy wads of cash for his services.


Ramy, I may be interested in this 99 spec GB for another FD I may be picking up. If this GB is still going let me know.
