I sent thse guys some stuff a few weeks ago for repair. Do they have a number I can call to status on the parts ?

Not sure about the move , but its not a good way to communicate with customers. I hope they reach out to me soon , I dont like to vent on the forum.

I'm surprised people still send him parts. I wish ill of no one but I believe Ramy has proven over the last year or two that he is waaaaaaaaaaaay to busy to be trying to provide service to people. I hate to scare you dude but there is at least one guy in the forums who has never had his cluster returned last I checked.

 

Seriously, isn't there a whole thread of people that gave up trying to get there clusters back because they cant get a hold of this dude?
