I'm really sorry guys, but I still don't have the shipping label. Ramy, is going nuts trying to get these guys to follow through.

Should we all be writing and calling them to get them to stop feeding you two BS lines and instead get on it? How long this whole thing has dragged on is pathetic.

 

Now could you please give me a run thru of what is happening with NRG I want to know, I will get in contact with them and get things going I dont want to be 50 when I install these things

I'm going to talk with Ramy tomorrow and get everyone up to date on what's going on, promise .

Last I spoke with him they were claiming someone was fired and that he was working on our order, stuff was misplace etc etc. Obviously that's no excuse for all these delays, but just want you guys to know we are communicating with them and we aren't letting this slip through the cracks.

 

How do I order a set? I've been trying to contact Ramy directly for months, no reply. I'd go for a CF set for my FD. If not CF, then whatever. I'll even pay full price!! I just want them with the nice bracket.

 

Since Ramy is handling the communication he will be posting up in a few days exactly what's going on rather than me relaying info.

rxcited, orders through the website take time especially when a vendor isn't cooperating. This thread is intended for those involved in the GB, please keep it on track.

Ramy, let me state for the record - I would like to order a set of the CF hood dampers for my FD!

I don't see them listed on your website, so I can't place an order. The turnaround time getting a response from you via e-mail is crazy! I know you know this, I'm just saying I can't place an order because I don't know how much to pay you. If you can give me a GB price, great. If not, I'll pay full price. Just tell me the amount to paypal you and I will send it immediately. Thanks.

I'm pleased to report positive progress .

I received a pick up notice yesterday. After calling around I talked with our supplier and he confirmed the pick up was for the dampers. He also wanted to extend his apologies to everybody for the looooong wait and has assured me he is on top of everything. I immediately packaged up the dampers with a note detailing the exchange and left them for the UPS guy.

I'll keep you guys posted.

I made a follow-up call Friday, but our contact was out of the office for the day. I'll give them a ring tomorrow and see what's going on.

 

There should be stock to replace the order in June. We'll stay on top of them and make sure they follow through.
