Hmmm, I just noticed that you guys can't see the "Personal Touch" - in fact nor can I from work.
I'll upload it again tonight for those of you who are wondering and didn't buy yet / recieved.

There couldn’t be a larger smile on my face having the hatch swing up with just the right pressure and come to a confident stop and holding position was very satisfying.
For those of you who have not got around to installing these I would suggest mailing Rammy (or calling Ray) now and order the ball ends for the struts, as I could not for the life of my figure out how to get them off with out destroying them.

@#$# YES! I didn't want to say anything because I thought I was just being stupid and missing something so obvious that even a monkey could do... But I can't get the dang thing off either!

Believe me just save yourself the trouble and buy the new ones so they are there when you are ready to install!
Even knowing exactly how those ***** are secured in there I just couldn’t get the little buggers out!
The way they are designed is that the ball end cup is manufactured and a small grove is cut on the inside to accommodate a ring, so that when the ball is inserted the ring enlarges and lets the ball pass through but ledges if pulled in the opposite direction.
