RCCA Autocross Event - 11/10

What: Autocross
Where: Nago Circuit
When: November 10
Time: 1300 to 1730
On Veteran’s Day the RCCA will be conducting an autocross event. It will be a timed event and not a heads up race. Only one car at a time will be allowed on the track. Details of all the rules will be covered at the drivers meeting.
Entry fees will be $25.00/3000 yen for members and $35.00/4000 yen for nonmembers.
Prizes will be awarded to the top three finishers.
1st – 10,000en gift certificate from Sanjyo’s
2nd – 7,500en gift certificate from Sanjyo’s
3rd – 5,000en gift certificate from Sanjyo’s
Be on site by no later than 1300.
Car safety inspection from 1315 ~ 1345.
Drivers meeting at 1345.
First car starts at 1400.
What is required? A helmet. Car or street bike helmets only. Full shoes. No sandals.
Pre-Safety Inspection checklist:
Make sure wheel bearings are tight.
No loose objects in the cabin or trunk while on the track. Bring a means of storage for these items.
Battery solidly secured. No bungee cords.
Throttle return spring works.
Convertibles must have a rollbar at the minimum.
Tires must show a tread. At no time during the competition can they show cords, even if they passed inspection. Bring an extra pair of tires is this could be an issue.
Attention:
This is a club run DRIVERS event. All are welcome to enter the competition. However, it is required that ALL spectators request admittance prior to the event. Persons seeking admittance to watch the event without asking will be turned away at the gate. Contact 090-9786-6731 to request admittance. Your understanding on this is appreciated.
No alcohol is allowed on the premises at anytime!

Well, my car isn't even going to be there. Darn clutches.
But it's still a go! Should be a good day. Just show up no later than 1300. That time of day on a weekday? If you are starting off from the Chatan/Ginowan area then figure somewhere just over an hour and a half.
