Well it seems that saitama and Tokyo made it through this winter with out getting any snow!
I for one am thrilled because I never bothered putting studless tires on my FC.

Any other area's out there avoid snow this winter?

I hope I am not speaking to soon...

The only downside imo is that it is hard to find a decent place for snowboarding since local area's dont seem to have much snow.
