What do I use to cut Plexiglass

I got a RE Bumper that didn't come with the Plexiglass light covers,So I bought a piece of 1/16?.1/8th? plexiglass..Real thin stuff you can bend to conform to the bumper without having to Heat.I just don't wanna Screw it up!
Anyways,I am looking for suggestions on how to cut this Sheet of Plexi.
If I cut it right I can get 4 pairs of "lenses".(10" x 10" each lens..and sheet is 2x4 Feet)
Thanks guys..Cheers Dave/STYX.

Skil saw, with a blade with as many teeth per inch you can find!

I'd use 1/8th, the 1/16th might look warped as its so thin, the rivets or glue holding it down might distort it. Even 1/4 will conform enough.

Skill Saw, Band saw, Miter Saw or even a jig saw (if you are brave). Tape the area you want to cut in order to not scratch the plastic, or put tape on you saw.

If it is plexiglass (polycarbonate) and no acrylic, then you shouldn't have too many problem.

I've always used a jigsaw with a "particle and chip board" blade. It has large teeth, with small teeth in between. Tape the area very well and keep the speed just below the point where it melts.

Go with PolyCarbonate, its much more durable than plexiglass

tape

when it comes time to bend/ mount it you are goint to have to soften it up with either a hot sand box or boiling water.

definately go with 1/8" its just teh right thickness

1/4 " will be too thick and not match the bumper

1/16" will expand, warp, buckle from sunlight

I was able to do it with a Skilsaw, and a dremel with a disc for the Curvy parts.
posting a pic.
It isn't the best pic as it was getting dark, and I hadn't cleaned up the Car.(washed it).
yes the hood is opened!

That looks sweet. How much bend could you get out of it? I have a GTC bumper for my FD and I kinda want to do the turn lamp covers.
