What kind of engine was that

All the way from Jefferson Oregon u.s.a some one asked what was that in the thread titeled hard to gett of bolts, well thats my 13b for my RX4 and here is one more pic

Looking at the car in the picture it's going itno an RX3/5 and the top wind catcher thingy is meant to have it look like a Dodge Charger with a blower...no???
