do you need the complete cilinders?

Rebuilds kits are widely availeble, not expensive.

FD master clutch rebuild kit is under 15 euro..... FC kit is same

No need to go to Mazda for these parts.

Thats when you teach your kid how to do it and have him crawl in there with his tiny hands. But not for long, my nine year olds hands are huge!

HAHA yeah but i have long skinny hands, but it still cramps up after 5 minutes. AFgreasmnky has been telling that you have expierence with porting a 13b. Well im planing on doing a rebuild on my FD in 2 months. I want to put some NRS 3mm Ceramics, but never done a rebuilt b4.

The rebuilds are easy its all about attention to detail. In my experience the 2 piece 2mm mazda OEM seals are better. Its really a pain in the butt to have to do all of that machining. It might take a couple of tries to get the grooves done right. Proper clearancing of all seals and good tuning are the key to the strong reliable motors. I have seen some very impressive numbers on 2mm seals.

Speaking of tunning i was thinking of gathering up some people and dishing in some cash for a steve kan trip to europe? just need to find a dyno. I havent heard of a good rotary tunner in europe. Kinda ambitious but it was just a thought, yeah i know how much it would cost.

i hope you werent making fun of me lol. But if u are interested i can find a few guys on base that would like some tuning. The greasemnky dude would probably go in on it. I mean the military guy either can waste their money on beers or a few hp to their car. The hard part will be conviencing the tuner to come over.

Only one way to tell ask Steve (Pluto on here i think) how many (or how much) would be required to get him over here. And yes as soon as i can sctually drive my car and get a rebuild in there i would ove to get a good tune on my car.

And thanks for thread jaking AF1 just wait till we get back to work bastard!

I think it would definitely be less expensive there but thats a long way to trailer a car if it breaks during tuning. If anything we could set up 2 locations for ease of access. After all we don't want the man to come here just to tune some cars and not see the original engine at Neckar Saalum Museum would we?

Is that the museum near the Hockenhein race track? I to that one last year, I didnt realize how big of a body the Enzo had until i saw one in real life. Thats a long drive to the CZ i think its 6 hours from where AFmnky and i are. It would add 2 more hours from where Armyofone is. This idea is already getting too complex, but i wouldnt mind some headache for some fun.

Hey nice snow pictures there higgi. what were u guys doing with the torch? melt the snow?

Yes I believe thats it. Its where Dr. Wankels original engine is on display. BTW does any of you guys have a portable welding rig? The guy that was supposed to be welding my stuff stood me up so I don't feel like giving money to someone who is not reliable. If you have one drop me a line please.

Thanks in advance.
