Really nice work Kim... how do you get the tubes to match the inner housing wall so nicely?grinding and sandingor just by lining it of with a pen and cut/grind it?

I lined it with a marker, then cut it roughly with a cutting disc, milled it by hand with an electric rotarytool and finished it off with a sandingwheel.

The choketubes are press-fit due to my wicked mad tyte fabrication skilzz haha

As of today I have modifyed the Weber carb.
the floatbowl has been enlarged by milling out the wall to the unused accelerator pump.

As with any project im involved with, its progressing slowly but steady.
Oliver and I tested compression yesterday, we mounted the gearbox and starter, then gave it some power while sitting on a table.

Well I just finished the motormounts last night soI guess we are both progressing slowly. I only get 2 hrs a day to work on it.
