STOP! whatever you do, do not use that switch. It is connected to the flex capacitor and you will be hurled back in time and won't be able to go come back. You will be the only person with a 89 vert in 85 so don't to it unless you want to answer to Starfleet's special time travel section....either that or it is the switch to dim and change the color of the indigloo speedo cluster...try it and if we dont hear from you then we know it was not the dim switch..

LMAO! It might be kind of cool to be the only person with an 89 vert in 85....except that the music sucked and people thought "Members Only" jackets and Miami Vice were cool.
As far as the boost problem.....I didn't feel anything out of place or loose. I'm going to go to the autoskills place today or tomorrow and put her up on a lift to get a better look. And just to clarify, you said that it never boosted in the ranges I'm talking about (.90+ bar (max) on the boost controller and 12ish psi on the boost guage) before correct? I thought I was going to be slick and port the spare wastegate that I had and solve this problem, however, when I cracked open the housing I discovered that I had an S4 wastegate rather than the S5 that I thought I had bought. Oh well...live and learn..... Also I noticed that when I get on it that my egt is reading 15+ at WOT then it backs of to 14ish when I'm cruisin' and lower, of course, at idle. But like I said, it's pegging the meter at WOT. Now If I understand correctly that means that it's running real rich at WOT correct? Which at evalavted boost levels is a good thing right? I am going to upgrade the fuel syatem, but I just can't dump that money into it right now so I'm looking for short term solutioins at this point.
Also, you can add a couple more Bimmers, a Golf MK III, and a nice Sirocco to the list of kills. Not much pride involved however. It was kind of like Andre the Giant slapping a midget.

YYYYAAAYYYY! The 1st official meeting of the European division of the Grove Street Family! Wasn't much, except for a nice drive, but it was fun!......Now if only we could get the rest of the RX 7 owners in the area to get off their duffs and come with us we'd have a good group to go for nice drives with!!

i live 30-40km from kaiserslautern and i own a 87 fc 180hp turbo
i was yesterday in bitburg at the drag race but no rotary was there only us cars and golfs and 3 skylines.

I agree with having to kill those guys at Bitburg. Hey K.ronic I am not done with my stock conversion yet and I am going to be moving to a new house in December so I don't think I'll be able to pick it up until after that. Sorry if thats not quick enough but we have much bigger fish to fry right now.

i was in a mazda club till a few weeks ago.
but the people from the club are litle bit stupid and boring.
they can`t make a club meeting with more than 3 people ( ~50people are currently in the club) and some other things.
i said the reality over the club to the guys and so they cancelled my membership ;-)
i was the 2nd rx7 in the club.there only 3 rx8 and the rest are mazda 323 and other piston cars.
so i`m currently in no club :-)
but i like to make a new rx7 club or so,but hthere are not wenough people with rotarys in my near

Well I'm not rotary right now but my piston engine is not running either. I knew I put a rotary in there for a reason!! This piece of crap has fuel, spark, correct timing and its carburated... Wheres the darn hangup? Yest theres compression and the valves are seating. lol. Just letting off some steam,this crap is just killing me.
