Come on Kim...
You are going to paint your car white because the body shop doesn't know how to paint it in black?
That my friend must be the lamest excuse I have ever heard....

no im gonna paint it white because its a friend of mine painting it and it will be done in his garage, he told me that he would paint it black but also said that if it wasnt filled properly, it would stand out more.
Besides that I dont give a flying **** what other people think about my car, as long as I like it........
And the Crystal white is probably the whitest white ive ever seen

There is a point in that. Black WILL show every little flaw. And metallic is even more difficult.
Also, by using the stock color you can avoid taking the car apart completely. Just imagine a black car with a white engine bay

I didn't mean to make you angry. I know that you liked the car to be painted black more. Don't compromise. Tell you friend to use this thread.

That guy has a lot of patience ! I hate doing long tedious jobs like that.

Big respect to him for having a go and getting a good looking (from the photos anyway) result at his first try

The BMW add is because BMW drivers have a reputation of thinking they own the road and never signalling

they aren't as funny if I have to explain them

The seat one is based on a UK advert and I think Unironic Skoda means that the Skoda is really a VW and Skodas used to have a bad reputation(the worst) for reliability and VW's had the best ... so a Skoda badged VW is ironic. a SEAT however is not ironic so its an unironic Skoda

See I told you it was less funny if I have to explain

Just saw a movie called Max Q on TV. It’s about a Space Shuttle mission that went bad. Anyway the Shuttle near the finish of the movie, landed on a freeway. You can imagine what happened to the cars that were on. Through all hell breaking loose, I see a red 1st gen being hit at the rear by another car. I think what the hell. Couldn't they put another car instead of the seven being hit?
Well at the end of the movie, when our heroes have landed and everybody is cheering, they show the previous seven being carried by a towing truck and rhythmically opening and closing its rectr lights. Not both of them together. Only one at a time.
It was kind of funny, but 7s are not funny. They are fast. A Lotus Elan would be more appropriate.
