Attention all law abiding Swedish Members!

OK...now that I've got your attention, let me introduce myself. I'm Mario III and I'm a SuperModerator here that just happens to vet the new members that want to join the site. I've got a real unusual thread here from a new member that involves cars and the laws in Sweden surrounding them and their registration. Could any and all of you take a look at this thread and see what kind of help you can offer?
