Wolf TPS Setting at Idle

have a 1987 T2 with the following mods:

Mods: Streetported 1990 T2 Housings
3mm Apex Seals
HKS Powerflow Intake
Racing Beat Turbo Back Exhaust
Wolf 3D
720 cc secondary injectors
Malpassi Fuel Pressure Regulator
FD Fuel Pump
RPS Turbo Clutch
Permacool 16" electric fan
Racing Beat Front and Rear Sway Bars
Racing Beat adjustable end links
Racing Beat DTSS eliminators
Racing Beat stainless brake lines
Cobra Imola 2 race seat
4 point Roll Cage
5 point camlock safety harness
Greddy 60mm Peak/Hold Boost and EGT gauges
Tokico Adjustable Struts
TID Mod
Removed ACV
Disabled Oil Metering Pump (running premix)

I am running a stock map and am running really rich right now. I have been trying to lock down the idle first though. I noticed that at idle my engine load is around 37%. I believe this is set through the pot inside the Wolf. I assume this is too high. Am I right? What should the starting load setting be? I beleive that 0% is not right either so any advice is appreciated.

Do you have all of the dip switches set properly?

I believe so. The car runs ok - well a little rich but I still have some tuning to do - except for the idle. What dip switch are you thinking of?

load @ idle

At idle you should be some where in the teens. 37% on the high boost map switch settings is almost no vaccum. Check the line going to the Wolf ecu at idle for vacuum.
The pot inside the unit is for calibrating the throttle position sensor. This should not affect your idle.
This would affect injector cutoff on deceleration, acceleration enrichment and may affect starting if the number is too high. If the tp number is too high when cranking the wolf will think the engine is flooded ( a little rotary feature) and will cut injector pulse.

The reason your load is so High would be most likely because it is so rich.
Thin it out a bit and your load will drop down to the 25% area. Should smooth out some also. Remember to make adjustments to that RPM/Load band as well as the lower ones to smooth your fuel out.
