What's the difference between let's say an Apexi power fc and autronic's?

dont ask me. All i know is that the price difference is huge and there for i presume that an autronic wich i know is used mostly in racing isn't a plug and play(dont know a specific model name on autronic's).
Wich is best if i want 450 hp flywheel.
And dont say that im to unexperienced to mod my car for that much HP cause im not planning on getting that much Hp until i know everything there is to know.
