PF-CON question

I have a HKS PF-CON with GCC and was wondering what dail within the PF-CON itself is for and what it should be turned to. The dail goes from 0-9 and is currently on 2. i heard that its just to raise the fuel curve to run richer and the GCC is just to fine tune the curve.

CURRENT ENGINE MODS:
rebuilt motor
rebuilt turbo
HKS intake/exhaust
downpipe
Apex-I turbo Timer
PF-CON w/ GCC

The internal adjustment is for the overall richness of the FCON. 5 is what the FCON comes with normally, and 0 is stock fuel map. 2 is a bit lean, unless the GCC is tuned to compensate.
