None. They will all make you go broke, especially since you don't have the expertise to install and tune one yourself. A standalone EMS is for somebody who is willing and able to spend a lot of money.

 

my unckle can install it not me i dont know anything about installing that stuff but hes been working on cars for a looooong time he just wants to know whitch 1 to buy, what are the best ones...n stuff like that so dont go off sayin stuff when u dont know the facts

 

I like the IBM's & Dell's.

They seem to be the best for me...

The fact is that if your unckle really did know a lot about computers, then he wouldn't need any of us idiots on the internet to tell him which computer he needed.
