Warmup enrichments for COOOLD weather?

Warmup enrichments for COOOLD weather?
So I am crazy and i'd like to be driving my car in freezing cold weather, what sort of values are people using in their enrichment tables for cold and subzero temps? I have problems with inconsistant starting since its gotten cold.
